Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in original packaging
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Personalized/custom products
- Certain personal care items (if applicable)
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in situations such as:
- Items returned damaged or not in original condition (not due to our error)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation
- If approved, the refund will be processed automatically
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged

Gifts
- If marked as a gift, store credit will be issued
- If not marked as a gift, refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For high-value returns, we recommend insured/trackable shipping
