Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized/custom products
  • Certain personal care items (if applicable)

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in situations such as:

  • Items returned damaged or not in original condition (not due to our error)
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation
  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged

Gifts

  • If marked as a gift, store credit will be issued
  • If not marked as a gift, refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For high-value returns, we recommend insured/trackable shipping
