Returns + Exchanges

At Freedom 250 Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Items must be in resaleable condition
  • Customized, personalized, or engraved items are not eligible for return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@freedom250gear.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA#) and return instructions.

All return requests must include:

  1. Full name and contact details
  2. Order number
  3. Return Authorization number (RA#)

Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect

Restocking Fee

Some returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For free shipping orders, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
